Temporary platform setup

Create the first Lotuspond Health super admin.

This form is only for the authorized platform owner during a short activation window. Hospital administrators are created later from the super-admin hospital console.

  1. 1Ask the deployment operator to enable the signup window for your exact email.
  2. 2Enter the one-time setup token and choose your administrator password.
  3. 3Sign in, verify hospital onboarding access, then disable the signup window.

The token is sent only with this request. It is not saved to browser storage or included in the application bundle.

Super-admin signup

Use 12–72 characters with uppercase, lowercase, a number, and a symbol.

Obtain this token from the operator who enabled the temporary signup window.
